Network Pharmacology and Pharmacological Mechanism of CV-3 in Atrial Fibrillation

The present study sought to explore potential reasons of Mujiangzi oil treatment for AF by establishing an AF cardiomyocyte model and employing a network pharmacology approach. Fixed complex electrograms during sinus rhythm and local pacing: potential ablation targets for persistent atrial fibrillation

Abstract In atrial fibrillation patients and complicated electrograms during sinus rhythm may be pathological or not. During sinus rhythm, the 126 persistent AF patients and 27 patients with a left-side accessory pathway underwent left atrial mapping. AF patients and LAP patients have no difference in the incidence and proportion of non-fixed C-EGMs between AF patients and LAP patients. In persistent AF patients, the incidence and percentage of fixed C-EGMs were higher. Fixed C-EGMs had lower amplitudes, longer electrogram durations, and longer Stimuli-P wave internals in comparison to non-fixed C-EGMs. Patients in all AF patients developed circumferential pulmonary vein isolation, according to circumferential pulmonary vein isolation. 45 patients were treated C-EGMs ablation, and 42 patients were treated for linear ablation, among AF patients with fixed C-EGMs ablation. Fixed C-EGMs in patients without fixed C-EGMs ablation was a reliable predictor of ablation outcomes in patients without fixed C-EGMs ablation. C-EGMs fixed rather than non-fixed C-EGMs may lead to abnormal atrial substrates and persistent C-EGMs ablation that can result in persistent AF ablation.

We investigated the relationship between left atrial adipose tissue and left atrial appendage flow velocity in patients with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation in this research. A total of 145 patients with NV-AF who underwent their first radiofrequency ablation were enrolled. Left atrial electroanatomical mapping was carried out intraoperatively to determine left atrial voltage. According to a Univariate regression report, LAA-FV was lower in patients with a low voltage zone. The decrease in LAA-FV in NV-AF patients is attributed to the decrease in LAA-FV.

In 328 patients, the aim of this case-u2013control study was to determine if serum SUA levels and paroxysmal AF by gender. Between January 2019 and September 2021, 328 hospitalized patients with newly diagnosed paroxysmal AF in China were included in this study. Low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and apolipoprotein A1 were positively related with high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and apolipoprotein A1 in the previous studies, and prealbumin levels were positively correlated with low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and prealbumin. In a Chinese population, an increase in SUA in female patients was notably associated with paroxysmal AF.

Conclusion: Male patients with rapid ventricular response during paroxysmal AF or AFL are more susceptible to LVEF reduction in a u2018real-world'su2019 experience. During AF/AFL, patients with prosthetic valves are also at risk of LVEF reduction.
