Aneurysm is an enlargement in the lower portion of the main artery Aorta by 1. 5 times its normal diameter. If a rupture occurs, AAA can cause death. These geometric parameters' ability to predict AAA rupture risk has been questioned, and a biomechanical evaluation has been carried out to distinguish patients with elevated and low risk of rupture. To calculate AAA stress, most studies use the finite element method. In this study, we mainly focus on the manufacturing of hexahedral meshes because they are known to provide a more converged solution for a smaller number of elements than tetrahedral meshes. We recommend a procedure for producing a high quality patient-specific hexahedral discretization of an aneurysm wall using the mesh generation algorithms included in a commercial software package. We show that the procedure aids in the production of patient-specific mesh in a timeframe that meets clinical workflow deadlines while still requiring only limited input from the analyst.
