Angina pectoris patients with coronary heart disease patients with angina pectoris should have an examination of the relationship between remnant cholesterol and glucose metabolic states. Methods This research was compiled in Tianjin, China, from 11,557 CHD patients with angina pectoris aged 35-u201375 years. In univariate model and multivariate model, T3 showed the strongest relationship between RC levels and Pre-DM and DM state when considering categorical variables, using T1 as a benchmark. In the stratified reviews, the link between RC levels and pre-DM and DM in women was higher than in men, and the elderly patients were higher than those in middle-aged patients. Conclusions Aim The review found a strong correlation between RC levels and pre-DM and DM state among CHD patients with angina pectoris, although the association was more evident in female and elderly patients.

Patients with angina pectoris commonly require combination therapy to treat symptoms, with a second-line agent chosen to treat the most common cardiovascular disorder. Methods This systematic review and meta-analysis investigated the efficacy and safety of ivabradine in patients with persistent angina pectoris who were still symptomatic after receiving beta-blockers. A study comparing ivabradine plus beta-blockers with placebo or other first- or second-line antianginal agents in patients with stable angina pectoris has been published on PubMed, The Cochrane Central Library Register, ClinicalTrials. gov, The World Health Organization First- or Second-line antiangular agents in patients with stable angina pectoris. Conclusions When using Ivabradine in combination with beta-blockers for chronic stable angina inadequately controlled by beta-blockers, it can be very useful for tailoring early antianginal therapy.

Patients with epicardial vasospastic angina may be vulnerable to coronary microvascular disease, although mixed findings have been published. The aim of this research was to assess coronary microvascular function in detail by using novel invasive physiologic indices, such as resistive reserve ratio and microvascular resistance reserve. Patients with positive ACh test had longer resting Tmn, a higher basal resistance index, and greater RRR and MRR than those without, while fractional flow reserve, CFR, and IMR did not differ significantly between the two groups. Though traditional measurements such as CFR and IMR failed to reveal significant differences, RRR and MRR, novel invasive coronary physiologic indices, provided counterintuitive evidence that coronary microvascular dilation function was more intact in patients with VSA than those without.

The most reliable obesity measure for myocardial infarction or angina pectoris risk assessment is uncertain. In the Korean population, there were studies that linked obesity and biochemical indices with MIAP. MIAP in Korean adults aged u2265-50 years was 4. 8 percent, according to a statistic. MIAP was more strongly related to total cholesterol than other male and female variables, with greater frequency being linked to total cholesterol than other male and female variables. After adjustment, the waist-to-height ratio and waist circumference showed a significant correlation with MIAP in men, with no relationship between obesity indices and MIAP in women.
