Food processors face a formidable challenge when food manufacturers face Allergen's cross-contact and unintended allergen presence. The aim of this paper is to translate the Expert Group's findings on u2019Food Allergen Quantitative Risk Assessment u2019 into a Guidance document that provides tools and methods to help harmonize the data processing process for food allergy risk assessments and therefore support with their implementation. The purpose of this Guidance is not to make an allergen labeling or risk management decision for the user, but rather to help them determine when allergen QRA is appropriate or necessary, how to determine if it can be carried out, and, if it is to be carried out, what is the most appropriate approach. The intended audience is mainly industry executives who want to understand and conduct food allergen risk assessments, as well as QRA.

The aim of this study was to determine the clinical effectiveness of combined allergen-specific immunotherapy in patients with allergic rhinitis with combined sensitization to pollen and household allergens. The main one – 31 patients who received combined ASIT with pollen and household allergens were divided into two homogeneous groups based on age, sex, duration of the disease, and the number of etiologically significant allergens; 18 patients for whom only pollen allergens were used; 18 patients for whom only pollen allergens were used; 19 patients were divided into two homogeneous groups by age, sex, length of The intensity of AR medical signs was determined as a total score for the key signs by a quantitative integrative investigation.
