To determine wind pattern among buildings, the Equation of potential flow is used. Samarskii's implicit difference scheme is used to solve equations for potential flow. To solve the equation of mass transfer, the implicit change – triangle difference scheme is used. The emission of ammonia is determined by using the Delta function for point source. The 2D numerical model in question belongs to the class of "diagnostic models" category. In the case of unplanned ammonia leakage at a pump station, a computational experiment was conducted to determine the severity of hazardous chemical leakage. In the case of unplanned ammonia release, a developed numerical model helps to determine the 2D wind pattern among buildings and pollutant dispersion.
