Properties of UV-Curable Hyperbranched Urethane-Acrylate Modified Acrylic Monomer Coatings

In this work it is suggested to change trimethylolpropane ethoxylate triacrylate with solvent birthed difunctional urethane acrylate oligomer of hyperbranched framework and high molecular weight. After microrelief embossing UV-curing of photopolymer follows and photoinitiator initiated radical photopolymerization of TMPETA monomer and UA oligomer profits. The goal of this work - to explore the influence of the acrylic make-up on the UV-cured coating mechanical properties and on the geometrical specifications and optical properties of reproduced microrelief. It was specified that finishings with UA oligomer have higher deformation and mechanical properties as a result of the rise in layer adaptability.
