Design and development of solid lipid nanoparticles of tazarotene for the treatment of psoriasis and acne: a quality by design approach

Tazarotene, a third-generation retinoid used topically for acne and psoriasis treatment. Acne lesion and wrinkle detection using faster R-CNN with ResNet-50

Because of its ability for early skin disease diagnosis and age estimation, using computer vision to classify and identify acne lesions, as well as segment wrinkles, is extremely important. However, the finding of skin conditions on a face from a face/half body photograph has never been investigated before. We recommend a deep learning model for acne lesion and wrinkle detection from the face/body body image as a result of deep learning in object detection's success. To create a conv feature map, the image's key features are extracted with 50 layers of Residual Network to produce a conv feature map. The object proposal is found with the Regional Proposal Network, according to the map. Using the face/half body image, instead of using the images to diagnose skin cancer and estimate age, by combining our proposed model to remove acne or wrinkle from the face/half body picture, the diagnosis and estimation jobs can be reviewed.
