Learning High-quality Proposals for Acne Detection

Acne detection is crucial for interpretive diagnosis and precise treatment of skin disease. We recommend a new head structure for Region Proposal Network in this paper to raise the proposals' quality in two ways. From two separate spatial perspectives, a Spatial Aware Double Head building is suggested to disentangle representation learning for classification and localization. To increase the correlation between the classification scores' classification scores and the IoUs, we suggest a Normalized Wasserstein Distance prediction branch.
