During the events of COVID-19, the aim of this study was to determine the degree of influence exercised by the Key Account Manager in the provisioning of provisioning services in Peru's largest companies, Staple, Peru. During the crisis triggered by COVID-19 in staple companies, the Key Account Manager is a key account manager.
