HISTORY Peri-implantitis is the most common cause of dental implant failure, which is associated with pyroptosis. The roles of D-aspartic acid on pyroptosis and the mechanism of D-asp's protective effect on human gingival fibroblasts remain unclear. This review looked at the effects of D-Asp on the pyroptosis of HGFs induced by high mobility group box 1 protein pyroptosis. Assay, cell Counting Kit-8 assay, and lactate dehydrogenase analysis were all found by real-time quantitative PCR, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and Western blot, respectively.

This report explores the effects of the oxidative stress caused by magnetite nanoparticles coated with aspartic acid of 9. 17 nm mean diameter size on maize seedlings in terms of growth, enzymatic activity, and chlorophyll content as determined in dried plant tissue. Plant exposure to magnetite nanoparticles may result in oxidative stress, which inactivates the plant defense/antioxidant pathways.
