Factors associated with the antinuclear antibody (ANA) titer of systemic autoimmune rheumatic diseases in ANA-positive patients after treatment: a retrospective study

The process by which ANA titers are restricted in SARDs remains unclear. After treatment, we analyzed the causes that could have influenced the ANA titer. We reviewed the medical database of Zhongshan Hospital, Medical College of Xiamen, in this retrospective study. A total of 102 patients was included in the analysis, which included 31,923 patients who underwent ANA assay for SARDs screening. Patients 1:10,000 were correlated with an increase in the risk of a decrease in the serological ANA titer decrease compared to baseline ANA titer 110,000, 1:3200, and 1:1000 Preferred.
