"Background" (Background) The purpose of this study was to establish the 2019 European League Against Rheumatism/American College of Rheumatism Classification criteria for systemic lupus erythematosus in antinuclear antibody-positive Chinese patients with antinuclear antibody erythematosus. Methods Medical records of all adult patients treated in the rheumatology out-patient clinics between May and September 2019 were reviewed by the investigators. Patients with ever ANA positive were accepted and monitored for the achievement of the 2019 EULAR/ACR, 2012 Systemic Lupus International Collaborating Clinics, and 1997 ACR criteria for SLE classification. Conclusions A total of 1533 patients was tested and 562 were found to have clinical SLE. 86. 9%, 96. 1%, and 86. 3%, respectively, with 85. 9%, 86. 3%, and 94. 3%. Conclusion In Chinese patients with a positive ANA, the EULAR/ACR clinical SLE tests for clinical SLE adhere equally well to the SLICC guidelines. ".
