This research study targets at evaluating a few tenets of affective events theory from an anticipating perspective in the context of Malaysian private college market. Particularly, we checked out the influence of work and freedom on academics' task satisfaction via social conflict and affective states. Furthermore, the influence of affective states on task complete satisfaction through job performance was considered. Furthermore, favorable affect was identified as a more powerful forecaster of work fulfillment and task efficiency, contrasting with unfavorable affect. Specifically, favorable affect was the toughest construct in boosting academics' task complete satisfaction in our theoretical design.
