Background Coronary disease is a significant contributor to poor health in the United Kingdom and the leading cause of death in England. Individuals with elevated cardiovascular disease risk are prone to cardiovascular disease risk and cardiovascular risk management, with peripheral arterial disease and elevated blood pressure. Aortic aneurysm screening services offered by the National Health Service might be a way to screen for these conditions with little additional effort or cost. We investigated AAA screening program employee comments on the controversial introduction of such additional screening within AAA screening. As both opportunities and challenges related to AAA screening's forthcoming additions to AAA screening were discussed by employees, knowledge, and skills in their role, as well as the program's high quality standards.
