"Every year, allergy sensitization to pollen allergens has been on the rise in Europe. As a model of epithelial lung barrier, bacteria isolated from high allergenic and low allergenic plant pollen, as well as the pollen itself with all microbial species were used to determine the pollen's effect. The bacterial endotoxins in the bacterial isolates from high allergenic pollen were significantly higher than that of bacteria from low allergenic pollen; interestingly, the endotoxin concentration in the bacterial isolates from high allergenic pollen was noticeably higher compared to that of bacteria from low allergenic pollen. In addition, bacterial LPS concentrations among various pollen species were positively correlated with the LPS concentration in their respective bacterial isolates. This report reveals the importance of bacteria and bacterial endotoxins in the pollen allergy as well as seasonal allergic bronchitis.

" This research aims to investigate miR-144-3p's molecular determinants of lung cancer cell proliferation and metastasis. MiR-144-3p expression in lung cancer tissues and cell lines was found by qRT-PCR. To determine the effects of HCF on lung cancer tissues and cell lines, immunohistochemistry and qRT-PCR were used. MiR-144-3p showed a decrease in both lung cancer tissues and cell lines, which was also reduced in cell lines. HGF had a higher percentage in lung cancer tissues and cell lines in comparison to the miR-144-3p expression level. MiR-144-3p/HGF axis may be involved in lung cancer cell proliferation and formation suppression, according to this report, and miR-144-3p/HGF axis may be a potential therapeutic target for lung cancer treatment in the future. ".
