A Highly Sensitive Disposable In-House Screen-Printed Electrodes for Determination of 3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxybenzoic Acid Aided by Essential Green Chemistry Tools: Application in Nile River Samples and Human Urine

BHTCOOH is unavoidable as a result of human contaminated by these chemicals, which was discovered in human urine and Nile River water samples. Screen-Printed Graphite Electrode and Graphene-Modified Screen-Printed Graphite Electrode are two in-house manufactured screen-printed electrodes; BHTCOOH is investigated by using square-wave voltammetry at two in-house produced screen-printed electrodes; and Screen-Printed Graphite Electrode; and Graphene-Modified Screen-Printed Graphite Electrode. To optimize the voltammetric conditions, Cyclic voltammetric measurements are used. A linearity range of 4. 88-21. 62 and 0. 11. 3 g ml -1 is achieved at the surface of the SPGE and GM-SPGE, respectively, with minimum detectability levels of 1. 06 and 0. 3 g ml -1.
