The primary goal of the research is to review the result of Li+ at 12 weeks, contrasted to sugar pill, on the social interaction deficit in patients with Phelan-McDermid Syndrome. The Secondary Objectives are: To examine the effect of Li+ at 12 weeks on all primary and main symptoms in patients struggling with Phelan-McDemid Syndrome. Assess the resistance of Li + for 12 weeks in children struggling with PMS. The treatment of the study is lithium carbonate: Li+ carbonate capsules are prepared from the raw material for pharmaceutical use. Psychological analysis will be carried out by the investigative youngster psychiatry service. Drug preparations will be performed for this pilot research: system blister product packaging of the active ingredient and the sugar pill.
